RidgeBase Service Ltd is the official registered business name. The company was established in 2018 in London to help membership and subscription operators present recurring-revenue numbers without rebuilding charts from scratch every month.

Brief history

In the early years we worked almost entirely with regional membership clubs that needed clearer renewal and churn views for volunteer boards. By 2021 the practice widened to publisher and software subscription teams across Great Britain who already collected billing events but lacked a shared reporting language. Today the studio still sits in London and still treats every engagement as a commissioned reporting craft — definitions first, then charts, then the narrative pack.
